The refund process for seat booking fees is at the sole discretion of the Biotech Foundation. Students may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following conditions:

1. 1. Admission to a Government College: The student secures admission to a government college.
2. 2. Admission to a Reputed College under MAKAUT: The student gains admission to a reputed college under the MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology) system, provided that this college is closer to their home than the Institute of Genetic Engineering (IGE).

Important: Any refund request must be submitted to the college through a written application by 31st July 2024.

To apply, students may need to provide documentation such as proof of admission, residential address, and evidence of the distance between their home and both the new college and IGE.
